This course takes the sometimes challenging concepts of earned value and translates them into terms and concepts that help individuals unfamiliar with EVM quickly master the principles This course also provides intermediate and advanced individuals gain new tools and techniques to improve their skills sets, as well as improve their project’s performance. This course also guides participants on how to plan and manage a project in ways that facilitate the application of EVM principles. Perhaps most importantly, this course enables participants to apply earned value concepts directly to a real-world project of their choosing.
