This course enables participants to further their knowledge of project risk management through a thorough investigation of risk methodologies and tools. These methodologies and tools explore and document the sources of risk, analyze their potential impact, and provide recommended strategies for minimizing and/or avoiding risks. This class utilizes and builds upon principles introduced in the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK®), the core publication of the Project Management Institute (PMI®). Participants apply all concepts and templates to a case study taken from their organization or industry.

This course is designed for all project managers and project team leaders.
