Eaton Corporation PMP® Enrollment Form

Dates: October 7-11, 2024, Online Live Format.

Note: this form is for:

New Pinnacle Professional Development, LLC students
Current PMPs who are seeking PDUs
Returning students who attended prior to 2021 who have not taken or passed the PMP exam

NOTE: if you took a Pinnacle ProDev, LLC PMP class in 2021 or 2022 and you have not taken or passed the exam, do not fill out this form. Instead, please email or call Brian directly to reserve your seat at no cost.

Please choose one of the following options:

I’m a new student planning to take the PMP® certification exam. This includes former PMP®s with an expired certification.

I’m a current (non-expired) PMP® seeking PDUs.

I'm a returning student who has not taken or passed the PMP® exam.

Please note : once you make payment, you will receive your PMI-authorized course materials and access to online resources. Accordingly, cancelling your enrollment after making payment will result in a non-refundable fee of $400 to cover these costs.
Refunds will not be issued if you cancel your enrollment with 10 or fewer business days prior to the class. Instead, you can reschedule your enrollment at no charge in one of the next two open enrollment classes. Pinnacle Professional Development, LLC typically runs four open enrollment classes per year.
