Accordingly, cancelling your enrollment after making payment will result in a non-refundable fee of $400 to cover these costs.
Refunds will not be issued if you cancel your enrollment with 10 or fewer business days prior to the class. Instead, you can reschedule your enrollment at no charge in one of the next two open enrollment classes. Pinnacle Professional Development, typically runs four or more open enrollment classes per year.
